I get an error message each time I try AI Sound Calibration that it didn't work. has anyone had similar problems?

Unfortunately, my Soundbar also has the AI Sound Calibration problem. I have already tried to pair it again and reset it: unfortunately without success.

For example, if the subwoofer is not in the field of vision, it does not recognise the sound as such. Do you have the subwoofer next to the soundbar or, for example, behind the couch (or too far away)?
