Question about Nuki Smart Lock 3.0 Pro CH cylinder

I use Nuki with Apple Home Kit. However, the integration is very poor... i.e. whenever the lock goes to sleep, you can't control anything from HomeKit, or the status is unknown. After opening the lock with the Niki app, everything works via HomeKit.
HomeKey itself is not the problem, but the poor HomeKit integration.
