I don't understand what is meant by "upgrade". Do I have to buy the full version first? I have Windows 10 and it says this is the version for Windows 7?

Hello. Yes, this is an upgrade and only works if you already have an older full version. If you don't have one, here is the current full version: Kaspersky Internet Security (German, French, Italian, Android, Windows, Mac OS X)
Regarding compatibility, it says AB Win7, i.e. at least W7. I.e. W10 is not a problem.
