What exactly does Comfort do? The instructions only say that the humidity cannot be set then.

Turbo light = Turbo, if no light, the humidity is set, which is peogrammed on the display with the arrow keys. COMFORT makes 55% I mean

Conf. and Cont. must be deactivated so that the target humidity can be set. Then simply select Turbo/non-Turbo.

I use the appliance similarly to StefaniaK... Switch on, set the timer, empty the container, etc. You can easily set the target humidity with the arrow keys (up to 40% I think). I have never used the other modes.

I am not in a position to help you. I just switch on the dehumidifier to remove as much moisture as possible: switch on, empty the container and switch off. It's an excellent appliance.
Maybe you can try emailing the manufacturer.
