I connected the device to our network, which actually worked well. Now, as soon as the fan is operated via the remote control or directly on the device, nothing works via the app afterwards. It then has to be integrated again each time... Does anyone know the problem and is there a solution? Thx
I have no such problems either.
I don't have this problem, I can even operate it from abroad using the app.
Try restarting your modem and performing all updates: App and possibly firmware.

Hello, I am also extremely happy with the device and have never had this problem. Possibly really a software problem. It's just a question of whether it's the mobile or the device. I use an iPhone 13 and now a 15, so no problem on either. LG

I will not hesitate to contact philips directly for this problem which seems to be linked to the software.
