I can't activate the SIM card supplied by DIGITEC with my MR5200, it can't provide a WiFi connection with the SIM supplied in my order. I tested with a SIM card (the one I use with my laptop) from another supplier and then my MR5200 worked perfectly, being able to connect my wifi devices to it. What do I need to do to activate your SIM correctly?

Hello, you must first register at iot.digitec.ch, where you can activate the SIM card with your account. You have to take a photo of the front and back of your ID card. You also have to take a selfie and upload it. After checking the documents, your card will be activated relatively quickly. Good luck and I hope I was able to help.
