I bought this product yesterday 27 August, I premise that I have another prepaid licence for this software which expires on 4 December 2024, I entered the new serial number bought from you believing that the licence would be extended until 4.12.2025 instead I see that it expires on 26 August 2025 practically I've lost 3 months of subscription, contacting adobe is practically impossible I haven't found any telephone number, and then I don't know if they speak Italian, what can I do? is it possible to refund the money?
