I bought this product recently but the DCF77 function (automatic time setting via radio frequency) doesn't work. I've tried several locations, even outside, and nothing works.
For those who have this product, does the antenna icon stay lit once the DCF signal has been received?

I have owned the product for 2 years and now the antenna symbol lights up, I think it always lights up. You can switch the reception of the DCF signal on and off. Have you tried this?

Yes, I have 4 TFA XENA devices. With 3 you can see the DCF radio reception signal every day. On one only about every 2nd to 3rd day. This one is in the centre of the flat, without a window. Be sure to read the instructions. DCF reception is activated by default (DCF ON)

There is no aerial symbol visible here; the time is correct. I can't remember whether this was displayed during commissioning. In our area (NE Germany), the reception of the time signal in the house is very limited; the best place is directly at the window facing west.
