I bought this PC. According to the system information, it has the Windows 11 Pro operating system. During activation it says "not active" and that the product key has already been used on another device. how can that be? (I have not used the product key on another device...) Shouldn't Windows 11 be included in the product?

The operating system is normally already installed and Windows 11 should be included in this case. If the activation does not work and the message appears that the product key has already been used, it could be a technical problem. I recommend that you contact the manufacturer directly so that the case can be checked more closely. They can check the licence status and offer you a solution. 😊
