I bought the Venta LW45 Original new. The room area is 31 m2, height 2.1m Why do I achieve max. 38 - 41% humidity at level 3? I am disappointed, is there anything I can do wrong?

The humidity can be increased if the room remains closed (room doors) and of course no windows are open. If necessary, set a ventilation system to a lower level.

No - with these. values, you are actually well positioned. A natural limit of the evaporators is slowly being reached here. 41% humidity is also sufficient
