I bought the product Xiaomi Mi Temperature and Humidity Monitor Pro here at Digitec. I have tried to connect it to the Xiaomi Home App.
The time cannot be set otherwise.
The connection does not work. They say it doesn't work in the region I'm in.
Have you had any experience with this? Does anyone know what to do apart from returning the product?

Unfortunately, it doesn't work for me either. Have you found a solution in the meantime?

I had no problems with the Xiaomi Home application. The clock works, synchronises and transmits temperature and humidity values.
