I bought the Mobile Hotspot for my holiday. I tested it at home with the second sim card of my mobile subscription (unlimited roaming included) - it worked perfectly.

Now I'm abroad, the hotspot also has a network (is also displayed with an "R" for roaming). Nevertheless, no internet connection is established. The web interface says "Movistar (Roaming)" and below that "Interrupted". I have checked all the settings and it just won't work. Roaming is activated both in the hotspot and on my mobile subscription.

Does anyone have any idea what the problem is?

Check the VPN setting is different depending on the network provider.
I have also had this problem.
You seem to be in Spain where it works perfectly with Sunrise on the Moviestar network.
