I bought the James Bond Edition and was looking forward to watching it, but the picture is there but the sound is not, what am I doing wrong? greetings Silvia

I have already reset the player to factory settings. This did not solve the problem.

Thanks for the answer. My soundbar is operated via the HDMI ARC connection.

there are several reasons to try hdmi arc or e arc connection
adjust sound bitstream settings
adjust the volume on the tv
set bluray player to factory settings again
