Question about Amazon Fire TV Stick
I bought the Fire Stick. Netflix and DAZN works. BUT I CANNOT watch Amazon Prime on it - it always gets error code 5505. This is despite the fact that I subscribe to Amazon Prime and it works flawlessly on Apple TV and with the Android app - anywhere in the world. Find the error... I thought it might have something to do with the language. You can select "German (Germany)" and "German (Austria)".... I can't enter the postcode for the location either. Does anyone have an idea what I'm doing wrong?
You are not doing anything wrong. Prime Video on Amazon hardware simply does not work with a Swiss Amazon account... It's paradoxical... But that's why they don't officially sell Fire TV products in Switzerland.
