I bought the camera, simply installed it, everything is great so far BUT this with the push notifications in connection with the motion detector does not work.
I have Android.
Possibly on Android smartphone -> Settings -> Notifications & Status Bar -> App Notifications -> (select app).

For push notification of movement on the smartphone, a few configurations must be made.
1) Select the cam in question in the app.
2) Setting -> Motion and notification
3.a) -> Motion detection -> active -> Apply <- back
3.b) -> I/O alarm -> active -> apply <- back
4) -> Switch on alarm <- back
5) Setting -> Schedule alerts -> deactivate (= always notifies)
If necessary, restart Cam (for me it worked without).
Done.
Configured in this way, the cam generates a push message for the app when there is movement in front of the cam lens.
