I bought an Arlo Ultra 2 camera set and have now benefited from the free trial subscription for a month. Before this subscription expires, I have now purchased an annual subscription and this subscription is also visible in the Secure App, but I am not able to add my cameras to this new "Secure Multi Camera" subscription as requested and my trial subscription expires on 1 August. Have you also had these problems and if so can anyone help me?

Your cameras will be automatically transferred to your new annual subscription once your trial subscription will expire. So no worries, all will be fine.
