I bought a Reolink Go including a 12-month data card 12 months ago and would now like to extend the data card with Sunrise. How does this work? I have not received a correct answer from Sunrise either, as I do not have a mobile phone number on this subscription. Where can I go to get my data subscription extended? Thanks for the advice.

Look here: https://iot.digitec.ch this offer also runs via sunrise.
Otherwise, just buy a new subscription there. Works perfectly - currently comes with a 30-day trial period.
