I am very interested in this Panasonic DMP-BDT700EG, but I have a question. Is this device only a player or HDD recorder or a simple recorder? It is not written

it is only a 3D Blu-ray player as the name suggests.
however, it is a very good one, probably top 10 (or so it was about 12 month ago when I bought it)
