I am trying to evaluate the best possible price with the best possible equipment for my home. But somehow I just can't figure out what the essential difference between soft and hard bundles is supposed to be? Can anyone give me a plausible explanation? I would be very grateful for feedback :)

Softbundle: This bundle was put together by Digitec, i.e. they themselves decided which items could be purchased together. In the event of a warranty claim, you only need to return the item in question.

Hard bundle: This bundle was put together by the manufacturer and is therefore accepted by Digitec. Note, however, that in the event of a warranty claim, you must return the entire bundle and not just the affected item, as is the case with a soft bundle.
