I already have a TP-Link TL-PA 7017P - Kid (Power Line only) set up and would like to know if I can connect a TP-Link TI+Wps4220 to it as well... Will all three devices connect? Many thanks for your help.

Yes, you can connect the TP-Link TL-WPA4220 (also known as the TI+Wps4220) to your existing TL-PA7017P, and all three devices will join the same powerline network.

All TP-Link powerline adapters use the HomePlug AV/AV2 standard and are therefore compatible with one another. To activate the connection, you must press the pairing button on all devices within 2 minutes.

However, it is important to note that the overall throughput of the network will be limited to the lowest speed of any single device (in your case, the 600 Mbit/s of the TL-WPA4220, as the TL-PA7017P offers 1000 Mbit/s). Furthermore, TP-Link recommends using devices from the same series to ensure optimal performance and avoid data throttling.

Of the three devices, only one adapter (the TL-WPA4220) is Wi-Fi-enabled; the others (such as the TL-PA7017P) offer only pure powerline connections.
