How well does he clean odours that come from cooking or smoking, for example? We have long haired cats, can he manage with tufts of hair or could there be a problem? (For a tuft of hair, a few seconds of intense playing among the cats is enough...). Is the app absolutely necessary? We don't need records, just fresh, clean air. :-)

Hello Leyla I have been using the device for over a year and can tell you the following. It cleans the air very well, whether from cooking or smoking. We don't smoke in the house ourselves, but if smoke does come into the house from the terrace, the Elektrolux immediately switches to a higher level and cleans the air. Cat hair is absolutely no problem, we have 4 longhaired cats ourselves. Just vacuum the device and the filter in between. The app is more of a gimmick that you don't necessarily need. I, for one, am very satisfied with the device. Greetings
