Question about Strong Leap-S3

In the settings, go to 'information', there you will find the factory data reset

The screen of the TV says android tv with a moving line underneath, it doesn't open.
So I can't get into the menu either
On the small receiver box, I can't find a reset button, also tried various other things, holding down the on-off button for 5 seconds
Everything off power
Nothing responding 🤷‍♂️
