Question about Contini ET225E

My top is made of wood 2.7 cm thick. The top does not lie completely in the middle on the longitudinal beam (connector of the two table legs). There is about 3mm of air between the beam and the top. So you have to shift it a bit if you use a wooden top. Otherwise the 1.3 cm board will bend (if it is "only" made of wood).

This will also work, you just have to buy shorter screws.
