How safe is this fixture if you have small children in the house? Can a small child cause the device to tip over? Would an additional attachment to the wall be advisable in this case? If so, which one?

The thing is really heavy. The solid metal base and the weight of the TV press down. We have a sideboard in front of it, so I'm not too worried, but I wouldn't let the kids run around it for safety's sake.
