Question about Zeller Present Order box

How much of the bamboo series is compatible? Some of the external dimensions are quite confusing for me. For example, I wonder if you can use the 28x10.2x4.5 organiser box in 30x15x7 as a divider. Or did that rattle because of too much play? (So 28 to 30) Can two 15x15x7 effectively fit into one 30x15x7? Will it fit in the storage boxes? Or are they completely separate? I'm playing Lego in my mind right now, but it's somehow much more complicated than when I was a kid.
