Question about Acer Predator Connect X7 5G CPE

Without knowing the exact technical details - in my warehouse without walls, the part easily reaches ~50m. I can't test any further, the hall is too small for that ;)

In general, the following can be said:
2.4GHz best range (even through walls) - lowest bandwidth
5GHz shorter range - more bandwidth
6GHz shortest range - largest bandwidth
With WiFi 7 you have additional options such as MLO (Muli-Link Operation) which can improve reception, provided the client (mobile, tablet, etc.) also supports it. In addition, the modulation is better with WiFi 7 and you have wider channels, which provides more bandwidth.
So it depends very much on your setup how far the WiFi reaches. Higher frequency + thick walls = lower bandwidth.
Basically, the Predator Connect X7's Wi-Fi performance is impeccable. Your individual setup makes the biggest difference.

I cannot answer this question in this way, it depends very much on where you are using the device. And which frequency you have connected your end device to.
In my 90sqm flat it's easily enough, I only use mine with a SIM, I don't feel any difference to the Swisscombox with fibre optics.
