When the TV is pressed all the way against the wall, the distance between the wall and the back of the TV is approx. 8 / 8.5cm in my case. When in use, it is a good 50cm. However, I only have a 40" TV mounted.

Approx. 60cm fully extended, 65" screen has been hanging fully extended for 4 years

- We have mounted a 65" flat screen in the guest room with this wall mount - the distance is 8 cm, even with normal use, as we rarely move the TV. We had previously tried 2 other wall mounts and had problems - we are very happy with this solution!
