It will depend on your surface area and how airtight the room is.

Personally, 50m2 is not very airtight, but with a fabric window kit for the exit, it takes 2 hours for the cold to be felt everywhere.

In principle, the cooling process should start relatively quickly... after approx. 2 minutes. These Trisa models are generally not that efficient. In hindsight, I would prefer another supplier.

The problem is possibly the exhaust air hose. I had a 10 cm hose, which didn't work, then I used a 15 cm hose with a wide connector, which works.
