How long is the connector cable between the outside and inside units? On the company website (link below), the sell 2 metre and 4 metre options.
Thanks for your answer. How can I extend the cable? Do I have to buy a new longer cable and discard the 2m cable? Do you sell the additional 2m or 4m cables?

The connector that is included is 2 m long. But it can be extended by an additional 2m or 4m.
