how long can the window kit be extended? My windows are from the floor to the roof :/

Not so long. I think around 1-1.2m max. Other than that, this way of setting the air conditioner up is VERY leaky. If there is any other possibility I'd advice to pursue it. E.g. if you have an unused chimney, that would save you a ton of energy and make the air conditioner far more effective. I am really not happy with the window kit.
