How is that I have a loft and we have a lot of dust does that help with the Dyson?

The Dyson will definitely help. However, the air filter will probably have to be replaced more quickly.

It certainly helps, but it probably won't remove dust. It cleans the air of dust particles.
Dyson hoovers do the job too.
