Question about Midea Porta Split

How easy is it to remove and refit the hose? I would like to use the device - without seals but with the window slightly open - in the bedroom, the window of which leads to the uncovered terrace. In the event of (heavy) rain, I would of course have to close the window and thus temporarily remove the hose.
