How does this device work exactly? If I buy a sim card from Yallo, it provides me with 21mbts/8mbts. As with this card I can reach the 300mbts Max that this device gives me? How does it work? adding antennas to the product will improve or increase performance? what antennas are compatible with this product?

This device works directly with 4G cellular. You have to see the maximum speed of your telephone subscription. But if you only have 21mb and 8mb you can't get more than that. By having an antenna the reception of the signal will be better but not the speed unfortunately. For that you have to change your subscription
In addition to what has been written, I would add that this device has hardly ever worked properly for me (no data transfer although the connection is established on the mobile network and on Wifi). I bought this device which is much more satisfactory: Huawei E5770
