How does the robot handle long hair? Does it tangle them in the brush?

Helpful answer

Yes, unfortunately there is no remedy for this. But compared to older Roborocks with brushes instead of the rollers, they collect at the edge and are easier to remove. They also catch less than with older models.

It has happened to me once since I've had it that the reel gets jammed due to tangling of hair and threads. So it's not an impossibility.
Practically, however, it reports itself and can tell you exactly which component has a problem, so you don't have to search and try for a long time to get it working again.

I previously had the Roborock s 5 max. Now the S 7 I am totally thrilled. I have no problems with hair catching. This one is really more thorough.

The S7 sucks in all the long hairs. Around the large brush, the long hairs collect at the ends. This brush is very easy to clean. Around the small brush the hairs wrap, so sometimes you have to cut them with scissors to remove them. But all very simple and easy to handle. The suction power is enormous, even compared to a corded "normal" hoover.
