How do you mount this thing On an existing cylinder? Do you have to replace the original cylinder? There's no explanation of how to fit it.

Can be mounted directly on a Swiss round cylinder using the various adapter plates supplied. It's best to watch an installation video on YouTube or the Nuki homepage, it's child's play...
