Question about Samsung SWA-9500S
How do you explain that the same item is half price at brack? Per 13.01.2026... the article is not in stock at the competitor's but I placed an order with them... Thank you for your help.

Hello. Sorry but I don't know what you're talking about... maybe it's a Bug but I didn't see your description... I see 250. Well in any case even at 238 chf (external offer) galaxus is still very expensive ... and this comment was rather towards the galaxus team and not to criticize your offer (that if existing) is indeed a good deal.

My offer was a second-hand bundle (SWA-9500S rear speakers + HW-Q800A soundbar) at a fixed price of CHF 150. Exactly this amount was credited to my account. I neither asked for nor received a price of CHF 250.
The devices were described as used on sale ("a few scratches, work perfectly"). If this description was not shown to you when you bought the device, this is of course unfortunate and should, in my opinion, be clarified directly with Galaxus. I will also report this to Galaxus at the same time.
Regardless of this, an uncomplicated solution is important to me.
As a gesture of goodwill, I would be happy to refund you CHF 30 so that we can bring the topic to a clean conclusion for both sides.

my offer referred to a second-hand set consisting of the Samsung SWA-9500S rear speakers including the matching HW-Q800A soundbar, as clearly listed in the description text.
For classification: The SWA-9500S rear speakers currently cost CHF 238.60 new at Galaxus. My offer was:
"A few scratches, works perfectly. VP 120. I also have a matching soundbar HW-Q800A, all together for 150."
The item you mentioned at Brack is not available from stock and is not an identical offer, as it is a new product without a soundbar. Price comparisons with unavailable individual items after purchase are therefore not meaningful in my view.
The sale was made at a fixed price, which you accepted in full knowledge of all the details. The delivered devices correspond to the description and function perfectly.
From my point of view, the matter is therefore fully clarified.
