How do you attach the hose? the manual says to attach it to the hole in the back of the unit. There are 2 holes. The hose attached to one hole, but the unit still drips water into the tank. The hose does not attach to the second hose.

the support where the hose is pushed on has a hole at the bottom that needs to be plugged

Close the hole under /inside the appliance) where the water runs into the tank with the black rubber plug and fit the hose at the back and let the water run into a boiler or drain. In my case, the water runs into a floor drain. I am very happy with the appliance
