How do I set the app/camera so that a recording is automatically created and saved on the app or mobile phone when movement is detected?

You can set the recording parameters in the Reolink App. The PIR motion detector must be activated and the record function set. Then the camera can start recording and a push notification is sent to the smartphone. The recording itself, however, is stored locally on the camera's SD card. It can be streamed or downloaded.
The camera requires a strong WLAN connection, otherwise access is slow.
