Question about Netgear Gs108
How do I connect the switch to the internet? I don't see an RJ-45 port at the back. And does it matter whether I have connected to EIA/TIA 568a or EIA/TIA 568b?
The switch automatically detects whether a port is input or output - you can therefore plug your network cable into any of the ports to make the other ports Internet-capable. Furthermore, I don't think that the contacting plays a role.
