Question about TechniSat TechniStar S6

My procedure: Main menu -> Search for station -> Transponder
Select satellite: Hot Bird 13.0E
Enter transponder frequency: 10971
Polarisation: h
Enter symbol rate: 29700
All stations
Display for me: Level 52, Quality 4.0 dB
Start search

I have encountered the same problem and have not yet found a solution. The instructions and information on the Internet have not yet brought me any further. A helpful guide from the manufacturer would be welcome.

Can it be that the antenna is not optimally aligned ?

Then I'm afraid I can't help you. The transport stream ID does not appear on the menu for me.

I have bought the SRG card, deposited/registered with SRG and reception is guaranteed. (Works) You may need to update the latest version at Technosat. A...something else at SRG is switching to transponder 123, I suppose that keeps you busy.... the changeover should take place between 12 march and 25 may........ do a manual channel search and the 26 SRG channels will be added. Then it should actually work.
