How can I assign fixed IP addresses in the WLAN? There is no information on this in the instructions and in the settings? Thank you

I found the function in the control panel under Advanced Settings → Router Settings → MAC-IP Assignment. However, only on the desktop interface and not on the mobile version.
The fixed IP is assigned on the network client. This selected address must be outside the DHCP range of the router. Greetings
