How can I add an indoor siren? I still use NUKI door sensors. If the door opens at night, for example, the alarm should go off.

I have a Philips Hue wall switch mounted on the door, which sends me a notification on my mobile phone whenever the door opens.
You could also use Alexa or similar to play an alarm sound.
