Question about Joule Performance Gaming PC Force RTX 4070 Super

Hi, the motherboard installed is "PRIME B760M-A Wifi" - which according to the specs also supports USB 3.2 (Gen1) Type-C front panel connector. How can I make this port usable? The current setup does not have a USB-C port.
