Hi, is the display readable throughout the night without having to press a button to activate the illumination? Is the light OK, or does it illuminate too much?

Hello, there is a night mode. The display then lights up blue all night and is easy to read. My children like that. Of course, everyone feels a little differently.

yes, the screen stays on all night, but it's not too loud. it can easily replace a nightlight.
