Question about Climatech YFA-05C
Hi I think the air conditioning is great, but as I am electrosensitive I would like to switch off the constant Bluetooth radio signal, is this possible ? And if so, how? Thanks Chris
Hello, it is a wifi signal. I assume that it is not necessary to switch it off as long as it is not configured (with mobile and app), because without config the system waits passively until it is requested via broadcast and then starts to transmit. Passive waiting does not generate any radiation.
However, if you want to switch it off completely (to prevent a stranger from "playing" with it), use a screwdriver, the module is almost always connected to the controller via a 4-pin Molex connector (RX, TX, GND, VCC). Plug Out.
