Hi, I don't quite understand why it's advertised in 9.4 when I see behind it that it could be mounted in 11.4? it's for a 7.1.4 configuration

It is "only" a real 9.4 amplifier, for 11.4 e.g. Atmos 7.1.4, you need an external amplifier for the two additional channels.

The AVC-X3800H has 11.4 pre-outs and 9 output stages. "Out of the box", it can therefore only be operated as a 5.4.4 or 7.4.2 (Dolby Atmos/DTS:X) or 9.4 (Auro-3D) configuration. Two additional power amplifiers are required for 7.4.4 or 11.4.
