Question about Creality Falcon

Hi guys, can someone help me we are desperate... we have installed the Lightburn on the Macbook but can't get any further... we switch on the device it beeps 3 times while the laser switches on and off again briefly you can hear it go on briefly but then nothing happens... the light from the button pulsates only the laser remains stationary it doesn't move. We can't find the laser on Lightburn. Can someone please help us 😫
