According to the energy label, it is 63 dB, which is about as loud as a normal conversation, but the unit would then be too loud for sleeping. These monobloc air conditioners all have similar values, as there is a compressor in the air conditioner that you can hear and also fans. There are quieter models, but they would be more expensive.
