Hi! Can I use this antenna to upgrade my old stereo, which cannot do DAB and has an aerial cable input, with DAB+?

No, unfortunately that is not possible, because the radio must still be able to process the DAB+ signal. For the stereo system, for example, there is the digital tuner as a hi-fi component:
