Hi all, what is the best way to get such a cable outside without drilling? I can only think of a flat ribbon adapter, for which I probably also need an SMA to coax adapter (I mean this one: https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/goobay-verlaengerungskabel-fensterdurchfuehrung-antennenkabel-12977031).

Digitec does not have an SMA window feed-through. At best you can find SMA/BNC or N-type adapters. Otherwise maybe here:
